Dear group leaders,
Please follow the festival program by day and strictly adhere to our instructions.
Arrival of ensembles in Diano Marina no later than 18:00
Breakfast: 08:00 – 08:45
09:00: After breakfast, groups individually depart to the Fragonard perfume factory in Èze
Gathering of all groups and buses in the parking lot in front of the factory
12:30: Departure from Èze to Nice
12:50: Arrival in Nice
Free time until 14:50
Bus returns to the same drop-off location (inform the driver about pickup time)
15:00: Departure for Monaco and Monte Carlo
Important:
Bus should drop you at Tunnel Louis II (TUNNEL LOUIS II)
All groups get off in front of the tunnel
Driver submits data at the kiosk and receives confirmation (to be handed to you)
Groups take the elevator (approx. 15m away) to the center of Monte Carlo (casino area)
Return:
17:50: Return via elevator to the tunnel
Submit the paper at the kiosk
Staff calls your driver for pickup
Note:
Please follow the schedule to arrive at the hotel in time for dinner.
Breakfast: 07:30 – 08:00
Costume change: 08:45 – 09:30
09:30: Departure for Sanremo
Gathering at the parking lot in Sanremo
Activities:
Organized walk to the parade starting point
Performances at the famous Ariston Theatre
Each ensemble performs 1–2 choreographies (5–6 minutes)
After performances:
Group photo in front of the Sanremo casino (10 minutes)
Return to parking lot
13:00: Departure for Cannes
In Cannes:
Walk to the famous red carpet (Film Festival location)
Organized visit to La Croisette
NOTE:
If red carpet area is available:
Photos + performance (max 5–6 minutes)
If not available:
Perform on Croisette (3–4 choreographies)
Return to parking lot and departure to hotel
18:00: Planned departure for Diano Marina
Important:
Do not miss dinner at 20:30
Breakfast: 08:00 – 09:00
Free time until 13:00
13:30: All ensembles gather near the cathedral (center of Diano Marina)
Group Leaders:
Must be in front of the municipality building at 13:55
Accompanied by 2 members (flag + sign with ensemble name, city, country)
Reception:
Gifts (if any) are presented to the mayor and festival director
Group leaders attend with organizers
14:30: Parade begins
Performances:
In front of municipality:
1–2 choreographies (5–6 minutes)
Main stage performance:
Maximum 12–13 minutes
After performance:
Call bus drivers for return to hotel
After breakfast, departure from hotel and return home
