THE PROGRAM
1st day:
Arrival of the ensembles in Dianno Marina no later than 6 p.m.
2nd day
Breakfast from 8 to 8.45
At 9:00 a.m., after breakfast, the groups go individually to the Fragonard Eze Perfume Factory.
Gathering of all groups and buses at the parking lot in front of the factory.
The departure of the groups from Eze to Nice is at 12:30 p.m
Arrival in Nice is at 12:50
Free time until 2:50 p.m.
Your bus will arrive at the place where you got off the bus, inform the driver when he should pick you up.
At 3 pm departure for Monaco and Monte Carlo.
Your bus should take you to the Monte Carlo tunnel, the so-called
T U N N E L L U I S II
In front of the tunnel, all the groups get off the bus, in the kiosk in front, your driver submits the information and receives a confirmation from the man at the kiosk, which he hands to you. Then the groups go up with the elevator, which is only 15 meters from the kiosk to the center of Monte Carlo where the famous casino is located.
At 17:50 you return the same way and take the elevator down to the tunnel, you hand the paper to the man at the kiosk who wrote you a confirmation, he calls your driver to pick you up. Please adhere to this schedule to arrive in time for dinner at your hotel.
3rd day
Breakfast from 8 to 8:45
From 8:45 a.m. to 10 a.m. changing into uniforms
At 10 a.m. individual departure for Sanremo
Gathering of all groups at the San Remo parking lot
From the parking lot, the groups, accompanied by the organizers, go to the place where the parade starts and the ensembles go to the famous Ariston, where the ensembles perform individually. Ensembles in front of Ariston can perform a maximum of one or two choreographies lasting 5-6 minutes. After the performance of all the ensembles, they go in front of the casino in San Remo for a group photo that lasts only ten minutes, then the ensembles go to the parking lot, get into their buses and leave for Cannes.
At 1 p.m. the groups leave for Cannes.
After the arrival of all the groups at the parking lot in Cannes, the groups come individually to the famous red carpet in Cannes where the film festival takes place. After the arrival of all the groups at the gathering place in front of the red carpet, the organizers take the ensembles to the also famous Croisettes.
N O T E
In the event that the space in front of the red carpet is free and there are no activities, ensembles on the Croisette perform 3-4 choreographies. Then the ensembles return to the red carpet and then individually each ensemble takes a souvenir photo on the stairs where the red carpet is placed and after taking photos the ensembles get off the red carpet and perform one performance for a maximum of 5-6 minutes. After the performance in front of the red carpet, the ensembles go individually to the parking lot and return to their hotels. The scheduled departure for Diano Marina is at 6 p.m. We ask you to pay attention to the time of your departure for Diano Marina so that you are not late for the dinner scheduled for that day at 20:30.
4th day
Breakfast from 8-9 a.m., free activity until 1 p.m. Then all ensembles should be at 1:30 p.m. at the meeting place near the cathedral in the center of Diano Marina, the group leaders with two of their members who will carry the flag of their country and a board with the name of the ensemble, the city they come from and the name of the country should be in front of the Diano Marina commune at 1:55 p.m. If the ensemble brought a gift for the mayor and director of the festival, it should be handed over to the reception at 2:00 p.m. All group leaders with the festival organizers go to the reception. After the end of the reception at 2:30 p.m., the parade and performance of all ensembles will begin individually in the center of Diano Marina in front of the commune. Every ensemble will be able to perform 1-2 choreographies in the duration of 5-6 minutes. After the performance of all the groups in front of the commune, the ensembles go to the main stage where the main performance begins. Main performance can’t last longer then maximum of 12-13 minutes. After the main performance, the ensembles invite their bus drivers to pick them up and take them to the hotel.
5th day
After breakfast, the ensembles leave the hotel and go home.
